If you are a full-time team member working at least 30 hours per week, you are eligible for our comprehensive benefits.
You may also cover your eligible dependents when you elect coverage for yourself, including your legal spouse and your dependent children until the end of the calendar year of their 26th birthday. Please note that coverage for optional Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) ends on the day a dependent child turns 26.
