Time Off

We all need some time off every now and then.

When we take time off and prioritize rest and relaxation, we can show up better for ourselves and our loved ones. Taking time off also prevents burnout and unnecessary. You have different time off options depending on your reason.

Time Off Type

Benefit

Paid Vacation

Starts at 120 hours per year and can increase up to 200 hours per year

Company Holiday

8 days per year for non-sales team members, or 5 days per year for sales team members

December Break

Company-wide break of one week each December for non-sales team members

Paid Sick Days

Up to 40 hours per year for when you need time to get back on your feet

Paid Parental Leave

Up to 80 hours after birth or adoption to spend time with your family’s new addition

Wellness Day

8 hours per year to recharge doing whatever makes you happy

Jury Duty

Up to 80 hours per event

Volunteer Time Off

Up to 8 hours each fiscal year to commit to the cause of your choice

Bereavement

Up to 40 hours for the time with your loved ones

STD Bridge

Up to 80 paid hours to cover the gap between when you go out on a Short-Term Disability and when your STD benefit starts paying

Military

Up to 60% of your normal earnings (60% of draw for sales person) while serving the country
