2027 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment takes place from November 2nd through November 13.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review and update your current benefits elections. As you prepare to enroll, think about what coverage you and your dependents will need in 2027. Take a moment to review the tabs below to see what’s changing. You can also read your 2027 Open Enrollment Guide for more information.

Although there are no significant benefits changes for 2027, there are several important things to keep in mind during enrollment:

Medical Coverage

  • While medical rates and healthcare costs continue to rise, Mattamy is absorbing a large portion of the cost to limit the impact on members. Review your 2027 medical rates on the Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage page.
  • Deductibles, out of pocket maximums, and copays are increasing slightly for 2027 in an effort to keep premiums affordable. You can find your 2027 coverage chart on the Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage page.

Dental & Vision Coverage

  • Your dental rates are increasing slightly. Review your 2027 dental rates on the Dental Coverage page.
  • Your vision plan is changing for 2027. You can find your 2027 coverage chart on the Vision Coverage page. Your vision rates are staying the same for 2027.

Other Coverage

  • Per IRS rules, you must enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) each year you wish to participate or your current coverage will not carry over. Remember, FSAs are subject to a “use it or lose it” rule imposed by the IRS. You can rollover up to $680 into 2027. Any money left over in your account above $680 will be forfeited.
  • If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) and you want to contribute in 2027, you must enter your payroll contribution amount when you enroll, otherwise your 2026 amount will zero out.
  • All medical plans include no-cost preventive care. Get more value from your coverage by scheduling routine appointments such as annual physicals, vision exams, and dental cleanings.
  • Beyond Mattamy’s core benefits, Cigna offers a variety of supplemental resources that can support unique healthcare needs, fitness and wellness goals, and provide added protection such as identity theft coverage. Explore the medical plan resources available to you.

Medicaid, or a spouse or parent’s coverage
